We're working with a highly respected and growing early years provider to recruit a Regional Support Manager based within the Bristol area. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on nursery leadership with regional operational support, working closely alongside an experienced Regional Manager across a portfolio of high-quality settings.

This is a unique leadership role where you'll have responsibility for your own base nursery while also supporting other settings across the region.

You'll work closely with Nursery Managers to improve quality, support operational performance, share best practice and help deliver outstanding childcare across the region. You'll also gain invaluable exposure to multi-site leadership, making this an excellent stepping stone into a Regional or Area Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of your base nursery, ensuring exceptional standards of care, education and compliance.
• Support multiple nurseries across the region, providing operational guidance and leadership where required.
• Coach, mentor and develop Nursery Managers and leadership teams.
• Drive improvements in quality, compliance, occupancy and overall nursery performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and staff development.
• Help prepare settings for regulatory inspections and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Build strong relationships with parents, colleagues and wider stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Regional Manager and provide leadership support across the region when required.
• Contribute towards achieving regional business objectives while maintaining outstanding experiences for children and families.

About You

We're looking for an ambitious early years leader who enjoys supporting others and wants to broaden their experience beyond managing a single nursery.

You'll ideally have:

• Significant experience as a Nursery Manager or multi-site nursery leader.
• A strong understanding of compliance, safeguarding and early years legislation.
• Experience leading, motivating and developing high-performing teams.
• A proven track record of improving quality, occupancy and operational performance.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Flexibility to travel across nurseries within the Bristol region.
• A relevant Early Years qualification.

This opportunity would particularly suit experienced Nursery Managers looking to take their first step into an Area or Regional leadership position.
